Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact us for charges.

To return your product and get your refund, simply send us an email that includes your proof of purchase. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within twenty-one (21) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

PROBLEMS?

If your purchase arrives damaged, be sure to contact us immediately. We will ship you a replacement along with a prepaid return envelope to send the damaged one back.

 

RETURNS

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within twenty-one (21) business days upon date of receipt of the returned merchandise. If we are unable to credit the credit card on file, a check will be issued to the purchaser.

To return a product, secure all unused items into a padded envelope or appropriate sized box and ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to the PO Box listed below. Sagestone Botanicals will process the return upon the arrival of the product. Please note: Using any other shipping carrier (FedEx or UPS) may result in a delay of refund or the inability to process the return entirely.
